These terms cover your use of the Lotl app and website, provided by Prehoy Industries LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY, United States. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Lotl is

Lotl is a wellness organiser. It helps you plan when to take or apply things and keeps a record of what you did. It is not a medical device and doesn't give medical advice, diagnose anything or change doses. Read the medical disclaimer.

Your account

• You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure.
• You must be [16 or 18] or older. Cosmetic procedure features are 18+.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Your content

What you add stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run Lotl for you, as described in the privacy policy.

The assistant and suggestions

Lotl suggests times and frequencies from general guidance, and the assistant can propose changes. Nothing changes in your plan until you confirm it, and prescriptions are never moved for you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist before changing anything you were prescribed.

Friends and sharing

• Names you choose (your axolotl's, or your own for friends) must not be offensive or contain personal details.
• Shared stacks must not include advice you aren't qualified to give, or anything harmful. We may remove a shared stack that breaks these terms.
• Don't use Lotl to harass anyone or to get around its safety features.

Availability

We work to keep Lotl running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Reminders depend on your phone's notification settings.

Liability

Changes and ending

We'll email you at least 30 days before a material change to these terms. You can stop using Lotl and delete your account at any time. [Governing law and venue for EU and US users.]
